Harry Potter Trailer

A new trailer for HBO’s Harry Potter series arrived by owl on Wednesday morning, and, surprising myself, I could not care less.

I’m sure it will do well. It’s a streaming show so things should be allowed to breathe and we’ll get more of the book on screen. The casting is mostly good. I’ll reserve judgement, but Paapa Essiedu’s Professor Snape seems… off-putting.

My favorite book is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, which would be the third season of this show. Chances are high I’ll get to see it.
